We have been learning all about the circle this month in nursery. We made great pictures by sticking circle shapes on to a bigger circle. We also used paint and dipped tubes and cookie cutters in to it. We dabbed these carefully on to our page to make circle prints. They look great on our wall! We then turned into Circle Detectives and went on a Circle Hunt. We each had our own special spy tube that even had a circle at the end of it! We walked around the school grounds to see what we could find. We were very impressed by both groups as they found lots of different circles! We found a big circle in the playground so each group made themselves into a circle. There was good teamwork on show as they worked this out. Holding hands and spreading themselves out around the edge worked best! Great detective work boys and girls. They may be on the look out for circles wherever they go now!
