We are delighted to be able to confirm that Ciara Mageean will be visiting our school tomorrow with a film crew who are following her around to make a short documentary about her in preparation for the upcoming Paris Olympics. In this film/ documentary/ short story they hope to capture her hopes, aspirations and a little flavour of her influences. Ciara personally asked that they visit our school, as part of this, and we are delighted to be able to facilitate this.
The format for the filming has not been totally confirmed and it is likely that there will be some form of meeting and greeting Ciara in the school hall along with other possible activities.
With this in mind, we ask all pupils to come to school tomorrow in their PE uniform.
We are all looking forward to welcoming Ciara back to our school.
