This morning in assembly, we celebrated the amazing reading happening across our school. Through our Accelerated Reader (AR) programme, we’ve achieved some incredible milestones so far:
- Over 3.1 million words read
- 509 books completed and quizzes passed
- An impressive 86% comprehension rate, exceeding AR’s target of 85%!
Congratulations to all our pupils on their fantastic reading and well done to all those who received their certificates this morning!
Certificates were awarded to pupils who reached reading milestones of 50,000, 100,000, and 250,000 words.
Keep up the great work—next stop, half a million words and some word millionaires!
