P5 have been busy this morning blowing up balloons using vinegar and baking soda. There was great excitement to see what would happen when we mixed the two ingredients together. We got small explosions of baking soda to some balloons popping of their bottle. P5 learnt that when both ingredients were mixed together that a gas was created therefore inflating the balloon.
