Following on from Odd Socks Day, we have been talking a lot about being kind to each other. We made a Tree of Kindness. We used bright coloured paint and put leaves on the tree with our handprints. This is now up in our classroom window to remind us to always be kind to each other. We thought about how we can show kindness to others and the boys and girls had some fantastic suggestions. We wrote these down and then cut them out to make a Chain of Kindness. This is up in our classroom too. We finished of the week with Your Kindness Counts Day. There were lots of bright colours on show to spread cheer and happiness!
