As we look ahead to the Belfast Marathon on Sunday 3rd May 2026, we want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to our incredible parents and community volunteers who are taking part.
An amazing 7 teams, made up of 35 individuals, will be representing our school community. Each of you has already put in countless hours of training, preparation, and commitment—and we are so grateful for the time, energy, and determination you’ve shown in support of our children and families.
To show our support, we’re delighted to be holding a Fundraising Day on Friday 1st May, when pupils are invited to come to school in their own clothes. We are also hoping to welcome some of our marathon runners into school to visit their adopted classes, giving pupils a chance to meet the people running in their name and be inspired by their dedication.
Donations will be kindly requested on this day, with all contributions going towards supporting our work and celebrating the fantastic efforts of our runners.
To everyone taking part in the marathon—thank you for being such positive role models and for going the extra mile (and many more!) for our community. We will be cheering you on every step of the way!
