Our school will take part in ‘World Maths Day’ on Wednesday 8th March. This is a very exciting opportunity for your child to work on developing their practical, mental, written and computerised Numeracy skills. Our Foundation Stage pupils will take part in various ‘Measures’ activities while Key Stage One and Key Stage Two pupils will continue to enjoy the benefits of our wonderful online learning platform that is ‘Mathletics’ through their ‘Live Maths Challenges’. As our school already subscribes to ‘Mathletics’, it is simply a matter of logging in on the day in school and in the evening at home with the child’s usual username and password to complete the online challenges. Of course, if you and your child wish to investigate more during the week or in the future there are many more suggestions below. Good luck everyone and may the best Mathlete win!🏆
