As part of our mathematics we have been looking at problem solving. We have been exploring different strategies we can use to tackle these investigations.
Three strategies the children identified to aid today's investigation were; break the problem into smaller parts, make a table or list and look for patterns.
They worked together and recorded their findings on A3 paper. They all agreed that using different strategies helped them to work out the problem and present the findings easier.
