Our topic for this term is Castles and Fairytales. We are learning about the traditional tales of Goldilocks and the 3 Bears, Little Red Riding Hood, Snow White and the 7 Dwarves, Jack and the Beanstalk, Rumplestiltskin and The Billy Goats’ Gruff.
We have turned our play area into a magical faraway land with a fire breathing dragon who is trying to capture the princess from her castle! We are having lots of fun dressing up in costumes, writing invitations to the King’s banquet, and creating our own magical story worlds. We need to be careful though, as there is a big giant hiding in the corner and a trip trap bridge with a troll living underneath!
