As part of our P6 WAU topic work we are looking at our locality. We started by using a blank map of Northern Ireland and placing where we thought places were. We had to locate the six counties, Portaferry and Belfast. We also had to match locations with their descriptions, the locations we had to find were; The giant's Causeway, Marble Arch Caves, River Lagan, Slemish Mountain and Lough Neagh.
We then used computers to research and check how many we had gotten correct.
Finally we were put randomly into groups and timed to see how many we could get on our class wall display.
One group identified all features correctly in the fastest time of 1minute 33seconds!!
