Today is the first day of Catholic Schools Week 2021. As we unable to celebrate this in school, each day this week we will be posting up a theme and some thoughts with an associated thought poster in which we encourage you to reflect upon the message given.
Today’s theme is about being a Community of Faith. When we think of the school, we think of a community of people. A Catholic school is a special community where we learn about God’s love for us and the way Jesus teaches us to live. We learn to show God’s love to others by being kind in our thoughts, words and actions.
Lord, help us to live like you taught us to. At home today please take time out to pray the prayer that Jesus taught us: Our Father ..
In today’s poster we ask also you to reflect upon how you can carry out Jesus’s mission in your lives today.
