This week Primary Five have been having lots of discussion around the theme of this year’s Anti-Bullying theme ‘Power For Good’. We were provided with one of the School values of ‘Inclusion’. Mr Smyth was very impressed with all the very sensible suggestions such as including people who are left out, helping those who are hurt, exploring similarities and differences including welcoming children from the Meadow in integration lessons to name but a few. We celebrated ‘Odd Socks Day’ by wearing and designing our own pair of odd socks. There were some very creative designs. We look forward to helping Mrs Dorrian with the assembly later in the week and we are practising our speaking parts and special song.
